The Main Objectives of HEART Project
- to promote a healthy lifestyle and wellbeing, in terms of food and physical (food, movement and sport), emotional and mental health;
- to share our national healthy lifestyle, to share others points of views about healty food, to taste national foods and drinks;
- to learn and to share some basic rules about a healty meal;
- to develop skills to compose nutrients by performing balanced and various snacks,
- to develop the basic skills,
- to make the students rediscover the ancient knowledge of natural living,
- to organize meetings, conferences, workshops and broadcasting for healthy living and natural food based on natural lifestyle,
