The last mobility of HEART Project was held in Madeira, Portugal with Covid-19 measures. The final tasks of the project were completed, some issues were handled and everybody made their adieus. Besides, the participants enjoyed the naural beauty and cuisine of the island and thanks to Erasmus+ strong and multinatinal friendships were made 🙂
